• BILATERAL TRADE & INVESTMENT AGREEMENTS: Invest Worldwide Inc assist in initiating and implementing bilateral trade and investment agreements or treaties which are agreements between two countries that are designed to facilitate two-way trade & investment to promote exports of both countries' goods & services and improve economic relations between the two signatory countries.
• PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS: IWI assist in protecting Investments, by ensuring that bilateral agreements which are designed to assure investors that investments made in either country will be treated in a non-discriminatory, transparent manner throughout the life cycle of the investment is designed and implemented. The agreements also place limits on expropriations of investments and assure that all expropriated investments are compensated fairly. We assist in ensuring that investors from either country participating in the bilateral agreement may choose to have disputes adjudicated by international arbitration tribunals, such as the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes. We also encourage countries involved in the bilateral agreements to give investors the right to employ investment managers of their choice. The agreements also facilitate the timely transfer of funds between the two countries, according to market exchange rates.
• RECESSION: IWI assist in strategising on how to get countries out of recession. We also produce economic plans to avoid countries from going into recession. As the saying goes, prevention is better than cure.
